Please read the team expectations and rules document, if you have any questions please ask.
Our first regular season game will be played at home on the grass field vs. Millis HS on Wednesday, 9/8 at 3:30 PM. Roster numbers will be assigned and game jerseys will be handed out at the field before the game. I will collect game jerseys after each game and wash them.
Please make every effort to attend as many of the JV and Varsity home games on Hanlon field as possible. As a member of the Medway High School Soccer Team you do not have to pay admission to home games, just tell the ticket seller at the gate you are on the freshman team. Please show your support for the JV and Varsity by attending as many games as possible and volunteer to be a ball boy. Come see what will be expected of you in the years to come.
We will normally travel with the girls Freshman soccer team. The girls will board the bus first and fill in the back seats. Boys will board after the last girl or at the direction of a coach. The boys and girls teams will not sit together. Coach Davidson and I will monitor behavior on the bus very closely.
For all away games, meet at the top of the stairs, outside the locker room on the corner of the parking lot immediately after school. The bus will leave at 2:45 PM. Wear blue socks and blue shorts to all away games.
You are not allowed to wear cleats on the bus to or from the games. It is expected that we travel as a team but on exception if you must leave the field with your parent it is required that you present a note written and signed by a parent to Mr. Pearl or Mr. Pearson for their signature and give it to me as we board the bus to the game. I can not and will not release you to anyone, parent included, without a signed note.
